We kicked off the show with “Wicked Games,” the brand new music video by The Weeknd. Singer/songwriter Cris Cab made his way onto the NML couch and chatted with Scott all about his EP Rise and his single “Good Girls (Don’t Grow on Trees),” which was made even more popular with the edition of Big Sean. Cris told us all about working with the legend Wyclef Jean and how he appreciated his production skills on “Good Girls.” Cris is performing tonight at the El Mocambo so you should definitely hit up that show.

NML Battlez: Electric Circus went down today and it was D-Code vs. Breakreation. After the circle of fire round, the judges Lenny Len, Janet L. Castillo, and Benzo were pretty undecided as to who the winner should be. But in the end, they chose Breakreation! They head to the semi-finals, which are being taped this Monday.
