When Phoebe was in Winnipeg she payed a visit to Streetz 104.7, which is the only Aboriginal hip hop station and it’s Aboriginally owned and operated. Phoebe got the chance to go on air with radio host Marcel and let’s just say a little flirting went on…Check it out in the video below.
