We were red-faced when the Canadian Red Cross blogged about our failure to properly administer CPR in our Harlem Shake video.
In their tongue-and-cheek post, they listed a number of tips on CPR training. One of them included:
“Do 30 chest compressions in a row, followed by two breaths. Funnily enough, compressions should go in the same rhythm of the popular BeeGees song, Stayin’ Alive, which is 103 beats per minute.”
We at NML would like to apologize for our misinterpretation of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Procedure. We mean no harm! In fact, we just contacted all the members of One Direction and they have all volunteered to help us perfect our mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Please check back with us next week and we promise you we will be pros!
