Need a splash of colour in your makeup to add that extra pop to your look? It’s all about colourful liquid liner and makeup artist Eman shows us how to do it in under a minute! All you need to do is grab your favourite colour of liquid liner and apply it to the base of your lashes in small strokes. Make it thick, make it thin, it’s all up to you!
