Hey everyone! It’s Mike here from the New.Music.Live team. Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak recently opened up about how he keeps his celebrity clients, including Lady Gaga, in shape without consuming a lot of their time. He uses what he calls the “5 Factor Workout and Diet Plan” which combines five 5 minute workout cycles, like bicycle crunching and running, 5 times a week. Pasternak also designed a workout device, called the Harleybar, which acts as a portable and adjustable dumbell/barbell kit, usable for many different exercises. “[...] my clients mostly want to have great abdominals from every angle, a better posture and more energy,” he says.
The diet portion includes five meals a day with five components to each meal, including low-fat protein, healthy carbs, fiber, healthy fats, and sugar-free drinks.
