It is (still) Bell Let’s Talk Day! Today, for every text message sent and every long distance call made by Bell and Bell Aliant customers, Bell will donate 5 cents to mental health programs – and on the same theme, tonight is the premiere of Demi Lovato: Unbroken where she talks about youth mental and emotional health issues with our very own Lauren Toyota. Lauren was on the show today to talk more about it and gave us a sneak peek of tonight’s special.

Also, we gave you a sneak peek for the new Lights video. She’ll be in the studio tomorrow to premiere it! But speaking of videos, we also chat about the new M.I.A. video as well as played the new Adam Lambert for you!
