Zoe Thompson Puts Your 8-Year-Old Self To Shame

Jesse here! I don’t know what you were doing when you were 8-years-old, but I definitely wasn’t shredding on the guitar and making friends with Metallica. I think I was attempting to build a bigger tree fort or digging holes or something, but that story is for another time.

But that isn’t Zoe Thompson’s 8-year-old life. Check her out! She posted this video less than a month ago and has already received over 3 million hits.

But this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Zoe and her mad talent. Back in October of last year she played with her friends in the band The Mini Band at a beer fest. Is that age appropriate? I guess they start them young in the UK. Check out their Metallica cover.

Their Metallica video went viral and actually got the attention of the band who responded with a video message back.

What? Crazy! Getting a response from Metallica at 8 must have been a dream come true. I’m sure this won’t be the last we see of Zoe.
